Dracoon Ventures invests in Exotic Vaults in seed round

A new decentralized exchange is aiming to make real-world assets easy to buy, sell, and trade anywhere in the world.
August 12, 2025 – Dracoon Ventures, through its investment vehicle Dracoon Ventures DAO, has joined the seed funding round of Exotic Vaults, a platform bringing luxury goods and collectibles onto the blockchain.
Exotic Vaults is building a marketplace where physical items — such as fine watches, rare collectibles, and other high-value goods — can be traded instantly, just like cryptocurrencies. Similar items are grouped into “vaults,” which are then divided into digital tokens. This allows people to buy a fraction of an asset instead of paying for the entire item. All assets are checked for authenticity, stored securely with professional custodians, and verified by independent auditors to maintain trust and transparency.
The team behind Exotic Vaults created Konvi.app, a European leader in fractional ownership of luxury goods. Konvi grew to over $10 million in assets under management, more than 70,000 users, and $100 million in annual supply. Both Konvi’s users and its assets will be onboarded to the new platform, giving Exotic Vaults a head start with a ready-made market and inventory.
“Fractional ownership of physical assets is moving from niche to mainstream,” said Dr. David An, Managing Partner at Dracoon Ventures. “Exotic Vaults is combining proven experience with blockchain technology to open up markets that have traditionally been slow and difficult to access.”
The funding will be used to build the trading platform, partner with global custodians, and establish compliance frameworks for multiple regions.
